Hi, I’m Jacoline van Rensburg, the proud owner of Booking Bird Travel Agency. My passion for travel, adventure, and creating unforgettable experiences led me to establish this business. I studied Travel and Tourism Management in Stellenbosch, earning my diploma in 2007. After years in the corporate world, life took an unexpected turn when I was retrenched during my maternity leave. Instead of letting it hold me back, I embraced the opportunity to turn my dream into reality – and Booking Bird was born!

With a hands-on approach, I personally assist clients at every stage of their journey. From the initial inquiry to booking flights and accommodations, handling any unexpected hiccups during their trip, and ensuring a smooth return home – I’m with you every step of the way.
